We were just in Palm Springs for one night, and from a Best Places book, we chose Kaiser Grille. It was later in the evening and not very busy, but it took 30 minutes to get water and some attention, and then another 30 minutes to speak with our waitress who was less than accomodating about helping us. After convincing her to give us a wine recommendation, our choice arrived hot and slightly off-tasting. Finally, an hour and a half after arriving, our meals came and my fish was overcooked, but I just wanted to get out. Last of all, the pen she gave me to sign the bill didn't work, and I had to go to the front desk for a new one, because she was long gone. This was a horrible experience, especially since it was our vacation, and I would advise others to stay away.
