service is generally very friendly and accomidating, only problem is that you have to beg for bread when it's supposed to come with your meal. so annoying! but the food is excellent and the place is cute and 9 times out of time the waitstaff is super friendly and sweet. also, take a little tour of the rheinlander when you're there, it's pretty charming.
