Surely there couldn't be anything worse than paying over $200 worth of food (for 4) and receive the most low down service conceivable! The dishes was passably ok, the service degrading, the WAIT horrendous (over an hour for the food, half hour to get someone to your table, 20 minutes to get the check, another 15 for someone to pick up the check, over 30 minutes to get the Supervisor...when you do, he have a choked up hard time apologizing and have no clue how to mend and maintain it's reputation), and the bill sucks the blood right out of your system. Overall, I'd say you would probably get better service at McDonald than ""Touch"" (or maybe you only get service after you purchase their $200 wine bottle ON TOP of your $200 food bill)
Cons: , value for money, upper management
