I was having nothing but problems with Cricket and I went into Wireless Toyz and they made switching to a new carrier very easy. They had so much info about all of the services available that it was easy to make a decision. Everyone who needs a phone should check these guys out. They are the definition of what customer service should be! I cannot recomend them enough.
