I live in Salem, OR. I first ate at Ernestos in Bend, OR and was quite impressed. I've eaten at the one in Tigard, Beaverton several times. The true traditional Italian food is worth the drive. It's not Americanized Italian food like many Italian food chain restaurants. The veal marsala, scolopini is fantastic. The best I've ever eaten. The ministroni soup is most excellent. If you want to taste what Italians eat for themselves, go to Ernestos. You won't be disappointed.
