I went during the middle of the week, when things were a little slower. The receptionist at the Gwinnett location was lukewarm. Gerry who did my facial, was very nice. The facial was good, and their products fabulous. There was a little bit of a retail sales pitch during the facial. During the treatment, you could hear others talking and laughing outside the room. I also felt like the last half of the facial was a little rushed. But, after the facial, my skin looked great. During checkout, Gerry had placed products she recommended at checkout. When I asked the receptionist to write them down for me, because I would purchase them off the website, she was accommodating, but not very nice. As I was leaving several employees were gathered in the hall talking. Not the professional relaxing atmosphere I would expect for the cost of their services.
