Who don't understand why this place comes recommended.
You are so crowded in this place that even when it is empty you are elbows to the wall or window or backed up into another chair.
I don't think this is a decision to ""survive"" in the industry -- I bet the owner doing fine. This is a decision to overlook customer comfort and sqeeze a few dollars.
Well, there are too many good restaurants in this city doing the same type of food as Serafina for me to choose its cramped quarters and pretentious staff.
