Maya Restaurant is AWESOME! I'm always in search of good mexican restaurants & this is definitely one of them! I had a barbacoa burrito w/their rice & beans...the meat was so tasty, really well marinated w/herbs & spices, the rice was delicious & the beans weren't all watery like a lot of places I've been to. The salsa that they serve w/their warm chips before your meal was SO GOOD. Chips were warm, thin, light & crunchy! I hate those places that serve thick chips. This place is wonderful & if you're ever visiting or passing by Scott's Valley, it's worth the stop. Not far from 17 at all!
