Bluehour is one of my favorites, but last Saturday was a little disappointing.
They insisted on 7:45pm instead of my requested 8pm reservation, then wouldn't seat us until 8:20. Plus, I was being pushed by the bar waitress each time she walked by.
I usually appreciate the slower pace between courses, but we were left for long periods of time without food or drink. The food didn't meet it's usual standard and my fish was dry.
We will still go back, but I won't set my expectations so high.
