As a trained chef, I have a very discriminating taste for food. The quality of food at Alborz is truly fantastic. I've tried all the Persian restaurants in Seattle, and Alborz has no competition. Truly the best Persian food in Seattle. Worth the price.
I loved the saffron rice, juicy steak skewers and generous portions. I couldn't ask for anything more. The ambiance is dreamy with the Chef's artwork displayed on the walls. The service is friendly and responsive. I told my waitress about a mix up with our appetizer and the she took it off the bill and gave us free dessert. It's a restaurant that I will come back to over and over again.
