India Sweet and Spicy is the best deal you'll find!$3.99 buys you plenty of food. Try the cheap sweets as well. Only problem is the atmosphere. One half of the place is a convenient store and the other half, a cafeteria style restaurant. Plus the service is not particularly friendly, but you can't beat the prices.
