disappointed 7/24/2003

I just came back form a business trip and was extremely disappointed with my hotel accommodations. The service was embarrassing - front desk service was rude, kept me on hold for longer than 5 minutes, and disconnected me twice. I requested a hairdryer one night and one woman from housekeeping knocked on the door the next morning around 8:30 demanding it back? After I checked out I had to check my bag and the bellmen tried to charge me again when I came to pick up the bag. (checkout is noon: 1:00 checkout = $35 anything later = $75) My billing is incorrect and there were a number of other things that went wrong. For the same rates, there are a number of better hotels in the area with much better service and amenities. My only regret was not leaving after the first night. Pros: location Cons: service, quality of rooms, amenities more
