In two visits to Artista, we have been impressed with the setting, views, and decor. Unfortunately, the slow, indifferent, and unprofessional service has tainted our dining experiences both times. On the first visit, the manager apologized profusely for our horrible waitress and comped us the crawfish taquito appetizer (which was very good). The second time, we were stuck with the same incompetent waitress, but no apologies were made. Also, Artista ""ran out of"" its Churassco steaks during our last visit, which is inexcusable considering the Churassco is the signature Cordua dish. Finally, $10 valet parking is unreasonable --- the restaurant should validate. Until we hear that service has improved, we won't return.
