The food was good No doubt about it, but when you know how much you have paid for such small portions you tend to pick and judge the taste and culinary value of the dish.
There were definitely a few more items that I knew tasted obscure and off-balance compared to it's New York location. I guess Nobu regrettably has to localize their staff as well.
I don't like the fact that you have to eat in a hotel with uncomfortable seats and tables.
I guess that's what I don't like about eating at 'Fab' places, you end up paying to judge dishes / atmosphere / comfort / service, and forget to really enjoy the conversation you could have had with you friends.
