Went last night with a group of five (on a corporate expense account) and got just about everything on the menu. None of it was worth the inflated prices. Even though I wasn't paying, I was disappointed in the relatively simple and somewhat dull flavors. My cod tasted like it had salt and olive oil on it, nothing else. And the $12 risotto tasted like Spaghetti-O's. One member of our party said, ""the duck must have been from Trader Joe's."" The highlights were the vegetarian flan (both in flavor and presentation) and the desserts. But I'd go to Pambiche if I really wanted good dessert. I don't think I'll ever go back to Bluehour.
Pros: atmosphere, location, service
Cons: price/value, ordinary food, tiny portions
