P.F. Chang's is a chain, but in spite of that, it's well worth a visit. The food is superb, and they have numerous outstanding dishes that you probably won't find at a standard Chinese restaurant. The waitstaff is helpful and knowledgeable- you'd do well to ask them for some recommendations that you might not normally try.
The downsides? It's always crowded, and they don't take reservations, so you're liable to wait a long time for a table. It's also very noisy, not the kind of place to have a conversation or a romantic dinner. And, frankly, it's on the expensive side if you're dining with just 1 or 2 other people. On the other hand, if you eat with a large party, it works out quite economically.
Pros: Excellent food, interestting variety, knowledgeable waitsta
Cons: Noisy, Expensive
