Looking for something different than the usual Raleigh-ite scene? I would recommend taking a drive down to Wilson and partaking of a wonderful Beefmastor experience. :O)
The restaurant is small, and usually creates a wait, but it is WORTH it! Waiting is often 1/2 the fun, it can become a ""tailgating atmosphere."" The salad bar is amazingly fresh, with as many toppings as they can fit on the table itself. The steak is fresh, and you know who and how it's being cooked, as everything happens with 30ft. of your table.
To sum up, try something different, it's worth it.
