I had the oysters bienville and a porterhouse steak.
The former was perhaps the best dish I have ever eaten and the latter was magnificent.
The service was spectacular--It was like a Balanchine ballet to watch the kitchen and staff interact.
These folks know how to run a restaurant down to the smallest detail.
