There are not many places a person can go theses days and get the highest quality food with reasonable prices. But than you find Silva's Sheldon Inn and remember how real food tastes. The owners (both cooking in the kitchen every night) are both reasonable and knowledgeable. The wines list is carefully chosen by the chef and the menu changes to use what is in season. The fish is a fresh as can be and all of the meat is cut by Doug himself. Barbara uses good old fashioned technique when determining which desserts to offer and keeps it seimple but oh so good.
After eating at Silva's, there is absolutely no reason to tolerate poor service and microwaved food again.
