Purchased item - delievered damaged item. Ordered new item from new shipment - also damaged. In dispute with Arnold Kirschman - they have no concept of attempting to satisfay a customer. Store manager and Customer service manager don't know the meaning of the word ""service"". Very dissatisfied with this store. Buyer be ware!!! Cons: misrepresent items, no custtomer care, money hungry! more
