there is a reason Sprint rates seven times in the top ten worst phone companies on complaints.com. The service (both customer and phone) is horrible. When they are trying to sell you something, the employees are great. As soon as you have problem with your phone (and I assure you that you will), there is only one person available to help you. Plan on spending at least a half hour in the customer service line only to be told that they cannot help you in the store, and that you have to call their automated 1-800# and talk to them. DO NOT GET THE EQUIPMENT COVERAGE PLAN. THERE IS A 35$ DECTUCTABLE THAT THEY DO NOT MENTION AT THE STORE WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL IT TO YOU Pros: NONE Cons: PHONE SERVICE, DECIET, CUSTOMER SERVICE more
