Being from Louisiana, I know what ""cajun"" food is supposed to taste like. After 13 years of living in the mid-west, I have finally found a restaurant that does this cuisine justice. I had to tell my waiter that this was the best ""cajun"" I'd had outside of Louisiana. He smiled and admitted that the head chef was born and raised in Baton Rouge. I was not surprised. Food this good, had to be from someone that had been trained at the source!
