The Bluehour has definitely past it's prime. What was once hip, exciting and energetic has now slumped into boring, typical and far from cutting-edge. Servers who used to be in abundance are now run ragged, and the usual staff seems to have dissappered. Food isn't inventive anymore. Desserts used to be sensational, what happened? The drinks and bar scene are the only thing still buzzing.
