The drinks can't be beaten, the food is beautiful and creative and the service is great. Sure, it is trendy, loud and crowded, but that is why I go. Quieter times can be found at non-happy hour times and in the dining room (as opposed to the bar/lounge). The waitstaff is very friendly--they comped us an appetizer simply for being there for a few hours, and on a different occasion the chef, Tom Gladbach, comped us an entree for sending him a hello message after we had taken a cooking class with him.
Pros: great food, great drinks/tequila, unique
Cons: drink prices, crowded
