The sushi at Fuji-ya competes well with twin city mainstays Origami and Kikugawa. I recommend making reservations for the private rooms and sitting on the floor. I also am a big fan of their tempura appetizers. I had udon noodles at one meal and found them fairly bland; if you're going to Fuji-ya you're likely there for the sushi anyway.
