After hearing how great this place was for several years, finally had to belly up. The ambience is all about comfort but the food is anything but. An appetizer medley came out and everything was either dry or deep fried beyond necessity. The ribs were mediocre at best and the brisket was not ""falling apart"" tender, in fact it was tough. Good bbq places are also acclaimed for their sauces. Redbones is definitely lacking in any signature sauce. The mild is too sweet, the medium tastes like ketchup, and the hot is just boring. The only thing we left liking was the buffalo shrimp and the beer. Overall wish we would have left this so-called ""legend"" off our list!
