I was surprised at the high rating given Spumoni Italian after experiencing an evening of only adequate food, overcrowded furnishings, noise, and slow service. The kitchen, located amidst the patrons, generates lots of energy, so if you need an upper with your meal, this may be the right place. The staff was genial, even when we had to ask a second time for an ice bucket for the wine. The parking area behind the restaurant is a zoo (a few spaces tightly squeezed together with a bad angle for entering/exiting the spaces. Use street parking if you go there.
