This restaurant is wonderful. The food was incredible, I suggest the Czar's Medallions, which was unbelievably good. Great Martinis, with emphasis on VODKA. The decor is very cozy, a bit smoky, but romantic nevertheless. Loved the Accordion Player. He played ""Those were the days"" by Mary Hopkins with great flair. Couldn't leave without trying the homemade Cherry vodka. Yummy.
Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Good Parking
