If your from a big coastal city than your probably inundated with great authentic foods because of the great diversity of ethnic people, but if your in Colorado your choices are very limited, so when my girlfriend at the time from Taiwan found this restaurant I was extremely HAPPY! This place is the only place in CO for authentic food.
Pros: authentic, non-americanized, very friendly
Cons: sparse atmosphere, only open till 9:30, the american menu
