I went to Viaggio on a first date and was unexpectedly surprised. This restaurant is beautiful!! The food was great (especially the Spinach Salad and Paella) and the service was prompt, friendly and effficient. The wine list had many local wines, and our server explained the support that wineries give Viaggio...and Viaggio gives to the wineries. Saratoga seems to be a very friendly community, not just a bunch of snooty executives and pretentious restaurants. I have dined at Viaggio three times now and attended their Thursday night wine tastings. Judge Viaggio for yourself...you'll be surprised.
