Frankee has become my very personal stylist here in San Francisco for all color changes and short-hair improvements. She is able to take my suggestions, an idea I have worked in photoshop and to realise it with fun! She knows very well color and works it with patience to get the exact shades.
I will say lets do a shocking red and she will respond yes,but a sophisticated red.That's what i love about her; the attitude and her thinking.We worked on two contrasting colors and the results are impressive. She will take a good care of both hair and sculp and I leave the salon with a glow!
