If it wasn't for the price and locations they have throughout the bay area, I don't think I would of join. The front desk staff are usually rude and a simple question turns into a 20 minute meeting for sales counselor to sale sale sale (overbearing).
I just called to ask them if they can fax me an updated class schedule, they said I just give today's schedule over the phone... (okay??!!, I guess I have no choice)
Result is... If you can afford it, I recommend going elsewhere... If not, I guess you just have to put up with what I put up.
Pros: Convenient, Affordable
Cons: Out dated machines, sticky handle bars, Too crowded
