I don't know who posted the most recent reviews, and I wouldn't put much stock in the pizza delivery guy's angry vent against the Mandarin owners. Whatever the case, try your luck searching for better Chinese in Salt Lake City, and you won't find it. The menu offers more than your chain-style restaurants, the ambience is nice, and the food is fabulous. More authentic than most, and I eat Chinese in Pittsburgh, Houston, and Southern California regularly.
