Best (and really only) course of action for Sangria... EAT DINNER and then stick around for the club. Grab a couple of friends, chit chat and order some tapas. As you drink the yummy sangria, the already good looking people start looking better as they pile in. If you get there between 9pm - 10pm, yer screwed. Long lines. Looooong lines! But it really is worth the wait. If only they had a bigger dancing area! :(
