Hilltop sirlorn steak, bone in, is a steak eaters heaven. The size is large and The price is steadily increasing. The meat is tender and juicy with just enough chew and tenderness to satisfy most steak lovers. The flavor is a little bland but doesn't deter ordering it. The steaks are usually cooked to perfection. Rare is bright red, juicy with a slightly warm center. The medium rare is bright pink and hot throughout. The first bites have a sweet taste from the carmalized fat around the edges.
The salad served is generally a large bowl of pallid green. It is nothing special! The hilltop dressing is flavorful but ask for it on the side to get it the way you want. The Hilltop dressing had been much better, too bad it is not the rich, creamy, grarlicy sweet dressing of old. Yet, it retains some of the flavor.
Pros: good steak, clean restaurant, good service
Cons: noisy, moderately expensive, lowering value
