Whenever we go to the Portland Saturday Market, we make sure to get their ice cream. It is hand made by a local company called ""Great Northwest Ice Cream"", and it's the best we've ever had. If you have any doubts, just look around. It seems as though EVERYONE has ice cream. If it's a sunny day, you should plan on at least a half hour wait, since the line is so long. But it's worth waiting for and the servings are huge. Besides, it's right next to the stage, so you can enjoy the entertainment while you wait. Oh, and one additional thing. The servings are huge! It's yummy!!!
