BodyBusiness is a bit smaller than the mega warehouse style gyms but comfortable, clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. There's people of all different shapes and sizes and the place seems to have a great ""vibe"" and energy to it. People actually seem to be having fun with their workouts and there is very little pretense from the staff or members. It's one of the few places where soccer moms, 20-30 somethings and grandmothers can all get a good workout and seem to be ok with the mix of different types of people. I really like the variety of classes and the lack of crowds, escpecially after 5pm when I workout. Take a look at this place if you want a comfortable, clean and uncrowded club with tons of great classes and a great ""vibe"". Just don't tell too many others about it!
