Memories of eating at Brown Sugar Cafe still hunt me...after 6 months of moving from Boston!
Food is a wonderful mix of spices, herbs, fruits, vegetables and exotic meats....best of all: imagine rich chunks of marinated duck meat, with cashews, chilis and pinnapple pieces: "chili duck", the best recipe I ever tried at Brown Sugar. Thai iced tea is also very tasty here.
The place is cozy but crowded. Service is quite good. Prices are very reasonable.
I have tried great authentic Thai in different parts of the world, not one of them as wonderful as Brown Sugar. Although some might argue that American influence is a negative issue...I believe it brings the best out of Asian cuisine. Definitely DO NOT miss it!
