My meal here was one of the very best in the year I've lived in Portland. The appetizers, entrees, and dessert sparkle with their own fresh flavors. The octupus ceviche tempts with the colorful peppers and kick of lime, the flank steak done to perfection, creamy flan. Even the rice is memorably fluffy! The margaritas taste as fresh as the food. All pleasantly served by a multi-tasking crew. The scene is lively and crowded. This is probably the first time I would have appeciated a little more decor to match the fab meal!
