Kincaid St. Paul is definitely one of the best restaurants in the state. It realizes what it does well and it keeps on doing it. Meals here are fairly traditional American, but it is done to perfection. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, suitable for romantic and business dining. Service is always superb. I strongly recommend their creme brulee, it is the best I have had in the entire country.
