Quang's is both my favorite vietnamese restaurant in the country and my favorite restaurant in Mpls. The soups and bowls are huge, fresh and an incredible bargain. You must try the fresh spring rolls - ask for fish sauce: to my taste it's much better than the standard sauce. Complement your meal with the wonderfully tart limeade and finish off with an iced french coffee/condensed milk concoction brewed in its own little single serving pot. The restaurant is always full, with a mix of vietnamese speaking people and the local (starving) artist/musician crowd, yet there is almost never a wait.
