The variety, awesome flavors, and absolutely healthy cuisine make this one of the true gems in the entire city of Seattle. I recommend the Almond Fried "Chicken," the Five Spicy Treasure, and the Stewed "Beef" in Curry Sauce. All are awesome. A large group of friends were introduced to this place for a birthday celebration, and all were stunned at how much they liked it (and they don't count themselves among the "healthy eater" crowd). Finally, as a very frequent visitor, I can say that the consistency of the food is excellent, and the staff are unusually friendly and sweet (just don't expect the fake, "plastic" type of service that pretentious people seem to demand. These people are real).
