Instead of telling you about the unbelievable service and atmosphere at Eddie Matini's, I would like to tell you about what I order there. I start off with a bowl of the baked burgandy onion soup (MMM). Then, I snack on the fresh bread for a while a sip an Eddie Martini's Martini - complete with blue cheese stuffed olives. For my meal, I order a filet mignon au poivre with garlic mashed potatoes and a side of asparagus with hollandaise sauce. When I am done with all that, I find the room to have an amazing chocolate mousse served in a light, sweet tulip pastry shell with fresh raspberry sauce. Then, I roll myself out of there, extremely replete. more
