Vadim Muchnik's Russian Tea Time is quite simply the finest Eastern European cuisine in the city. From traditional Russian to Azerbajani, everything has an authentic flavor and classy presentation. They offer a great variety of food for vegetarians, dedicating a large portion of the menu to those diners. Vodkas and caviars are of course there to be had, but the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts are all first rate, proving the richness of the region's culinary heritage.
