I watched ""Lagaan"" at the Varsity theater. The movie was interupted 3 times because the thater did not have a good and also a back up projector.
I and other people in the theater asked for refund. But we recieved none! The manager said that he had warned everyone about this. That was not ture since I and many people did not know about it. We asked for free passes since one of the employees had offered it to us. But the manager said that employee did not have any authority to say such thing! Going to this theater was a waste of time and money. It's a place that no one welcomes you. I and many other people were insulted both by the manager and the employees.
