I know buying a car is usually quite stressful, but this place made it near impossible. I live in Houston and had been having extensive conversation with one of the "top" salesmen. He offered to fly me to Dallas after we agreed on a price and financing info. Once I arrived, the deal was "not available" as he stated on the purchase order. Needless to say, I arranged to fly back to Houston and purchased a car from Momentum Volvo. I never was received a dime from Volvo of Richardson for my completely wasted time or money. And the manager made it out to be my fault some how. Stay away!!
