On a scale of 1-10 this business is a 20. Frank's Auto is really owned by Serge, one of the most trustworthy people I know & the words 'trust' and 'auto mechanic' usually don't go together. I found this shop over 20 yrs ago & wouldn't think of going anywhere else. When my daughter's were attending college in SLO I would exchange cars with them on a weekend so Serge could service their car. It's not that I couldn't find a mechanic up there, I did find someone who kept trying to get me to do expensive repairs & when I brought the car in for Serge to check he gave me an honest estimate and saved me hundreds of dollars. And I don't want to forget giving all his staff a big 'Thank You' for taking such good care of all my cars over the last 20 years.
