The Panda Inn is a well-established fixture in Pasadena. The restaurant was recently remodelled (Spring '02) and the menu changed extensively. The food is good, ambience and service more than adequate, and prices fair.
The only squawk I have is that they have modified their recipte for sweet and pungent shrimp and it is not as good as before. It was my staple disk for my visits to Panda Inn.
Pros: Nice decor, Good parking, Food better than avg
Cons: S & P shrimp changed, Crowded on weekends, Menu shortened
