Visited GW Fins two evenings in a row the food was soooo good. The service is impeccible and they aim to please. First night we had the lobster dumplings (not to be missed), pompano, the salmon and drum (a local tasty fish). Creme brulee was better than excellent. Moreover, the waitpeople were very, very accomodating. The second night the chef/owner came over to chat. I'd definitely put it on my list of ""must eats"" in Naw'lins.
