Saddle Peak Lodge is a wonderful spot for lunch or dinner. I took my boyfriend here for his 40th birthday. We drank and stuffed ourselves silly - couldn't hold back because everything was so delicious. The menu has a lot of venison type dishes which fit in perfectly with the woodsy decor. There are a number of small rooms in the restaurant which make for an intimate setting. The outdoor patio is very nice too. This is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. I've also eaten there for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful meal.
